Fatin's comments.

It’s an interesting information of how ‘Free Hugs’ came about. Upon given this topic to talk about, I was quite fine with it because I have ever heard about free hugs. But from what I know about is just basically random people standing at a some random places holding up cardboards with the words ‘Free Hugs’ written on it and then the next thing you know, strangers began hugging them. Which initially does not give me any great impact regarding free hugs until I read about it.

I was rather touched by what actually made Juan Mann think of the free hugs. What even touched me more is when actually, there are surely people out there who are feeling down due to the many different problems they are facing and to see Juan Mann holding up the cardboard, they hugged him which made both parties feel better. Sometimes, even on the sunny happy day, there surely people facing problems and might not have anyone to talk to or confide but, to come across people giving free hugs can definitely make them feel appreciated. I really adore what Juan Mann did. It is because of his emotions that made it happen.

However, as much as I am very touched by how it all started and how those hugs really matters to some people, I do not think this Free Hugs campaign should be practiced because, people might tend to turn to it when they are facing any problems rather than turning to their family or friends to talk about it. I feel that by turning to free hugs, it will never solve their problems.
